Advanced Lubrication with NytroFlon: TCP XCU-R Formula

NytroFlon is a specialized lubricating compound developed in 2020 for the lubrication of various highly stressed mechanical components. It results from a complex production process involving multiple articulated and lengthy procedures to achieve a structural modification of polytetrafluoroethylene, known as NytroFlon.

NytroFlon is a unique lubricating treatment whose performance is not comparable to traditional lubricating oils, whether they contain additives or not. It is distinctly different from PTFE, Ceramic, or Teflon-Ceramic based lubricants and is even less comparable to greases of any nature and composition. The compound is designed from its synthesis to adapt to various mechanical stresses, including:

• Variable friction
• Variable pressures
• Variable vibrations
• Variable operating temperatures

As these forces change, or even if only some of them do, NytroFlon's reaction and behavior adjust accordingly to counteract them.

Similar to XCU-R Ceraflon-Duratorque, NytroFlon can come into direct contact with water, sea water, marine sand, desert sand, mud, and snow, maintaining its lubricating action without alteration. This capability is due to the compound's ability to lubricate materials that naturally generate mechanical disturbances.

Additionally, NytroFlon performs effectively even in freezing temperatures.

The NYTROFLON variant with the commercial name XCU-R (formula NF109R) has been enhanced and modified to optimize the lubrication of kinematic mechanisms found in weapons.
