GEN 2 Silent Captured Spring with H2 heavy buffer is a drop-in replacement for conventional buffer springs and weights in AR-15-type rifles. This advanced recoil system softens felt recoil while reducing cycling noise and vibration, delivering a smoother and more refined shooting experience.
This spring system for AR-15 can be used for certain calibers: 223 / 5.56 or smaller; .300 BLK (Supersonic ammo only) or 6.5 Grendel or larger (w/ standard weight bolt carrier). This spring system has the best compatibility with SBRs, high back-pressure suppressor use, piston systems and select-fire and is not recommended for light-weight operating systems / low mass bolt carriers.
