JP Alternate Spring Pack For JPSCS2-9 (3 Spring Weights)
Auxiliary Spring Rate Kit allows custom tuning of your JP Silent Captured Spring (SCS) for optimal performance in your rifle. While the default spring in the JPSCS is designed for the broadest range of configurations, swapping in a spring with a different rate can fine-tune cycling behavior for your exact setup. Be aware that these springs are not compatible with JP-5 Silent Captured Spring.
Model Compatibility:
- JP Silent Captured Spring (GEN 1 and GEN 2) 9mm blowback models
- GMR-15 and similar platforms
Kit Contents:
- JPSCS-SPRING15-100: Uncolored
- JPSCS-SPRING10-100: One side red, one side uncolored
- JPSCS-SPRING10-110: One side yellow, one side red
- 1 x Spare guide rod retainer screw (for thread replacement)
Spring Selection Guidance:
- Install a heavier spring if the buffer head bottoms out during firing.
- Install a lighter spring if the bolt does not reliably lock back on the last round.
