If the primer does not explode when hit by the firing pin, the most common reason is that the primer is not seated deep enough. This problem is quite common in new XL750 models since the original primer punch spring is a little too long, causing primers not to be seated deep enough. Armanov's solution to this problem is a new Index Cam Block with an integrated ball bearing and adjustable primer seating depth stop. The seating depth can be easily adjusted with a screw that is firmly held in the correct position by another retaining screw. Both screws are compatible with existing Dillon Allen wrenches. The seating depth stop will ensure that all primers are seated at the same depth regardless of your pressure, ensuring your ammo is consistent.
