Understanding the Mr.BulletFeeder by DAA Output Tube Assembly

The Output tube assembly is a crucial component that connects the Mr. Bulletfeeder by DAA’s collator to the dropper. It ensures that bullets are fed into the dropper smoothly and in line. The assembly consists of three parts:

• The collator output Tube
• The coiled feed spring (38cm long)
• The dropper spring cap attachment

The large Output assembly is necessary when loading 9mm (over 115gr bullets), .40, or .45 calibers. It is included with the purchase of a Mr.Bulletfeeder by DAA machine. Conversely, the smaller output tube assembly is required for rifle calibers (.223 and .308) and for loading very short, light 9mm bullets, such as the 90gr bullets. This smaller assembly is included when you order a rifle caliber Mr.Bulletfeeder by DAA machine.

Note that a small output tube is included with all rifle conversion kits. However, a large output tube assembly is not included with a pistol conversion kit. Therefore, if you are converting a rifle machine to a pistol, you must order a large output tube assembly in addition to your pistol caliber conversion kit.

If you are ordering a 9mm bullet feeder or conversion kit and intend to load very short 90gr bullets, it is recommended to also order a small output tube assembly for optimal performance with these bullets.
