The KynSHOT buffer weight, developed in collaboration with Blitzkrieg Components, LLC., is designed for use with our PCC hydraulic buffers and, in certain cases, our AR hydraulic buffers. It adds mass in front of the buffer, extends the buffer system by .75 / 19mm, and increases weight by 2.5 Oz / 70g. This design ensures a close fit in the buffer tube and prevents buffer tilting during cycling. The additional mass delays initial bolt movement, slows bolt velocity, maintains buffer alignment, and can be used to create a short stroke system if desired.

Benefits:

• To achieve full bolt cycle and stop behind the bolt catch, use an AR-10/A5 length buffer tube, which is .75 / 19mm longer internally.
• Using this weight with a typical AR-15 buffer tube creates a short stroke system that stops forward of the bolt catch.
• Additional mass is crucial in any PCC short stroke setup as the bolt has less time to slow down.

Specifications:

• Optimal setup: For most 8-16 barreled guns, use this PCC Buffer weight in front of an RB5015HD buffer with a .308 carbine buffer spring in an AR10/A5 buffer tube for full bolt stroke. If your bolt has a weight pinned into the rear, retain it for full bolt mass.
